Description
The “Reclaiming Your Inner Child” workshops have been designed to provide a safe and comfortable environment where you have the opportunity to practice the techniques gained in the Inner Child workshop.
In “Reclaiming Your Inner Child” workshop, you will rigorously do the work necessary to reclaim your true being.
Every session will consist of group exercises and closed-eye processes which take you through different developmental stages of your life. This will deepen your relationship and trust with your inner child as you further discover your true self as an adult. In this process, you will be the source of nurture and caring as you create inner peace, self-respect and self-love.
